Perform the following steps to log in to the Falkor system:
Type a username
Type a password
Click Login. The home screen is displayed.
First-time logins include a few extra steps:
A one-time password will be provided to you by your admin.
Use it to log in, then update your password to a new one of your choice.
You will also be asked to accept Falkor's Terms of use and Privacy policy the first time you log in.
Falkor Air and Falkor Enterprise admins must use a two-factor-authentication (2FA) process, as follows:
Install the authenticator app on your smartphone. It can be any known app e.g. Microsoft or Google Authenticator. This is a one-time process as long as you use the same device for logging in.
Then, Add/open the Falkor account. To add a new account, click on the + sign and then "Other account".
Click on "Scan a QR code".
Scan the QR code which appears upon logging in.
Now your Authenticator app will include your Falkor account. Use it to log in every time.
